Our philosophy combines strategic analysis with pragmatic, user-centered implementation. We don't deliver pure strategy papers, but develop working solutions that are accepted and used by employees. We start with the people who do the daily work. Instead of coming with prefabricated solutions, we begin with a qualitative analysis phase. In structured interviews with employees from various departments, we identify the actual, operational pain points and recurring inefficiencies. While qualitative goals like creating an innovation-friendly culture and ensuring user acceptance are in the foreground during the initial project phase, we define hard, quantitative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) together with you for subsequent scaling phases. These include efficiency metrics like process time reduction, quality metrics like error rates, and especially business metrics like conversion rate improvement or direct contribution to revenue, to make the value of our work transparent and measurable.
