Build software companies use every day.

We build ERP and CRM systems for mid-sized companies. No agency overhead and no ticket ping-pong: you talk directly to the people who will use your system.

  • Salary range in every posting
  • No cover letter needed
  • Apply via JOIN
Before you apply

Honestly: we're not for everyone.

20 people, real client projects with fixed prices and deadlines. For some that's exactly right, for others it's exhausting. Read both columns and decide for yourself.

It's a fit if you …

  • want responsibility for an outcome, not just a task
  • like talking to clients directly, even when it gets uncomfortable
  • want to shape how a small team works
  • would rather show something that works than write long concepts

Probably not if you …

  • need clear processes and fixed departmental boundaries to work well
  • prefer to work internally, without client contact
  • expect a big corporate benefits package
  • struggle with changing projects and priorities
Open positions

Two roles, now.

Sales

Sales Manager Mittelstand (f/m/d)

Almost all of our clients come through referrals so far. That's no longer enough for our growth. You own the path from first enquiry to signature, with Gian-Luca (Head of Sales) and Ferdinand (CEO) as your direct sparring partners. You build the prototype yourself: the system check turns into a clickable mockup in Claude Design that you show in the next meeting.

Your first 90 days

  1. Day 1–30

You get to know the product and reference projects, sit in on first calls and system checks with Gian-Luca and build your first mockups in Claude Design.

  2. Day 31–60

You run first calls and system checks on your own, map processes at the client and write your first fixed-price quote.

  3. Day 61–90

You have your own pipeline from first call to quote, first deals in sight, and tell us what's still off in our positioning.

What you'll do

  • You run 20-minute first calls and clarify whether a project fits us
  • You run the system check with managing directors and department heads, 20 to 45 minutes
  • You map the processes yourself, on site or online, without developers in between
  • You turn the system check into a clickable mockup in Claude Design and present it
  • You price fixed-price quotes and negotiate them
  • After signature you hand the project over to the responsible developer

What you need

ERP experience is required for this role.

  • Solid experience with ERP systems such as SAP Business One, Odoo, Dynamics or weclapp, from sales, consulting or implementation
  • 3+ years of B2B sales of complex software or IT services
  • Closed deals of €20,000 to €100,000 per project
  • You understand flows like quote, order, delivery, invoice and can map them
  • Business-fluent German

Nice to have

  • Experience with prototyping or AI tools
  • Network in the mid-market, ideally wholesale, manufacturing or services
  • Good English

You don't tick every box? Apply anyway. The list is a direction, not a checklist.

Who you'll talk to

  • Gian-Luca Treinen Head of Sales, your direct lead
  • Ferdinand Biere CEO
What we offer

The same for both roles.

  • Transparent pay

The range is in every posting. Where you land depends on experience, not negotiating skills.

  • Remote or Berlin

Office in Berlin or remote. You decide where you work best.

  • Small team

20 people, short paths. Decisions happen in conversation, not in committees.

  • Close to the client

You see what you work for: you sit at the table with clients and see your system in use.

Hiring process

Four steps, no homework.

If it's not a fit, we tell you honestly and explain why.

  1. 01

    Application

Via JOIN. A CV is enough, no cover letter.

  2. 02 30 minutes, video

    Get to know each other

We tell you what we do. You tell us what you're looking for. We cover salary and conditions.

  3. 03 60–90 minutes

    Technical conversation

Sales: Role play: you run a system check with Gian-Luca as if he were a prospect. Then we talk about it openly.

Developer: Code conversation: we go through code you bring or a small case from a real project. Live, no take-home task.

  4. 04

    Team and offer

You meet the people you'll work with. If it fits for both sides, you get your offer.

FAQ

What applicants often ask.

Do I need to speak German?

In sales, yes: our clients are German-speaking mid-sized companies. In engineering, English is enough; the team works in English internally. German helps you in client meetings, though.

Can I work fully remote?

Yes, within Germany (developer) or DACH (sales). Client meetings happen on site or online depending on the project.

Is part-time possible?

In engineering from 32 hours. In sales we're currently looking for full-time, but talk to us if you have a different setup in mind.

Do I need a cover letter or references?

No. A CV is enough. We only ask for references at the end, if at all.

I don't meet every requirement. Should I still apply?

Yes. We hire people, not checklists. If the work excites you and you bring the core, let's talk.
